About
L&A Ventures was founded in 2021 in Kersey, Colorado. What began as a single LLC has grown into a two-entity platform — L&A Ventures Kersey LLC and L&A Ventures Investments LLC — reflecting the natural expansion of our investment and advisory work.
We operate as a private, independent firm. That independence matters: it means our decisions are driven by what's right for our clients and partners, not by outside investors or institutional mandates.
Based along the Front Range of Colorado, we work with clients across the state and region — from agriculture-adjacent businesses on the Eastern Plains to growth companies in the metro corridor.
